Tasting notes
In the glass.
A beautiful sun ripened straw colour with a fine mousse. The nose delivers notes of freshly cut green apples, citrus blossoms, lime zest and toasted brioche. The palate is graced by beautiful citrus notes complemented by fine mineral undertones and a plush and velvety mousse. The finish leaves the palate refreshed and clean.

How it is made.
The grapes are hand-selected, whole-bunch pressed and the wine spends 24 months on its lees, developing delicate brioche, citrus blossom, green apple and mineral characteristics before disgorgement.
